By far the best decision I’ve made regarding the intrinsic value of my home in getting a new roof. I was able to save around 25k because I had hail/wind damage (only paid deductible). Ultimately, I decided to go with Best Choice Roofing in a sea of roofing companies because I felt most comfortable working with a National Brand and they provided me a lifetime platinum warranty for my new roof. 100% satisfied, My insurance would not have approved my new roof without BCR, they fought and won for the full approval my claims rep said would never happen, (thanks Ben). Very professional and knowledgeable. Greg Grondin helped me with my roof. I asked for the inspection and he did a thorough job and found my roof was in good shape still. Not many roofing companies do that, they try to sell you a roof regardless. He was honest and helpful and I would definitely recommend!
Best choice roofing made getting my roof replaced a simple process. I was always intimidated by the process of filing an insurance claim. Maguire Laney came to my house and did all the work. He checked my roof for damage and called the insurance company to get the process started. He came out and met the insurance adjuster and was there every step of the way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new roof. Fernando and his guys did a great job installing my new roof and cleaning up after themselves. They were very polite and worked hard to make sure I was happy with their work. I would recommend Maguire and his team to anyone who thinks they might need a roof.
I used Best Choice Roofing in Madison, AL to replace my roof! I dealt with Jamie Clugston and John Suggs as they knocked at my door one day. I usually don’t answer door knocks but for some reason I answered this time and I am most definitely happy that I did! I couldn't have been more happy with the experience and dealing with Jamie and John. They handled the claims experience with my insurance company and met the adjuster on site when he did his inspection. Any questions/concerns I had they were always very quick to respond to phone calls or texts. I had some concerns/issues with our previous roof install and pointed them out. Jamie and John made sure those issues were brought to the attention of the install crew and again I couldn’t be happier!
