Thompson Roofing & Construction, My wife and I are remodeling our home and decided on Thompson because of a they came highly recommended by a friend , glad we chose this roofing contractor, extremely knowledgeable,professional, in and out one day on shingles, several days later came in and played the metal work. Our roof looks great and the job was done in one day. The job site was clean when they left. During the process of taking the roof off, a portion of Sheetrock came down in our garage. That made the garage doors unable to open. Two of the workers came through my house to get into the garage to view the damage. I was told that someone would be there the next morning to repair the Sheetrock. That was on a Tuesday. It’s been a week and no one has shown up. We received one message last Friday that a painter would be at our house yesterday but he didn’t show. My husband cleaned up the mess and repaired it himself as we didn’t want anything falling down on his car. I had to move my car at the request of the roofers and I gave them the time that I needed to leave for work. When I came outside to leave, a lot of supplies were behind my car. I was several minutes late for work because I had to wait for the supplies to be moved. Even though it appears that the roof itself is a quality job, I wouldn’t recognize Thompson Roofers. I feel that it was very poor not to repair the damage their crew caused to our garage ceiling.

Scott and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. From the initial assessment to the final cleanup, they demonstrated expertise and attention to detail. Scott was great at keeping me informed, addressing any concerns promptly, and working out all the details with the insurance company. Scott is also a very personable and considerate guy, and I felt like he genuinely cared about making sure we were completely satisfied. Thompson Roofing recently put a new roof on my house, and I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was. Jason Pope is an excellent representative of this company. He presented the different options and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. He followed up when the job was done to be sure I was happy and that there were no issues. From start to finish, the roofing crew were very efficient and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. I would definitely recommend this company.
Adam and the team at Thompson Roofing did a phenomenal job. He helped us work through our insurance fiasco and went above and beyond to ensure that we were communicating throughout the whole process. They made a very stressful situation a lot less daunting. Now, we have a great-looking roof that I'm confident in.
