Poor customer service experience and still waiting for this company to repair the issue . Purchased a brand new unit from this company within the last year. Noticed a leak in my pantry which in underneath the AC placement. Reached out to the company last Monday and their repair man arrived and advised as soon as he looked at the unit that the installer had not properly secured the unit causing this leak. We have called multiple times to the office and gone in person to have someone repair the leak in an effort to prevent mold from setting in. The leak has now become worse and we have received no additional correspondence from the company on the repair. We were actually advised that we were second on the list behind a customer that had a working unit, no potential for mold, but simply needed some stairs built to access his unit. It’s very disheartening because the unit is still not functioning properly AND everyday the leak is not repaired puts our three small children at risk of inhaling black mold. Which in turn means we will have to pay out of pocket for the damages caused by this companies negligence and then sue to recoup our funds. I would advise anyone to make a different choice before using this company. As we were blindly pleased until their lack of quality workmanship, customer service and just over all professionalism was exposed. Update: Jan 22, 2024 After almost 5 months my home has finally been restored to its original state from the damage caused by Best Care’s negligence. What should have been a simple claim filed to their insurance provider to resolve the issue..turned into them searching for several weeks and calling different insurance companies to see if they even had insurance. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from using this company unless you have money to throw away in the event they provide you with faulty work and poor service. We didn’t receive even so much as an apology for their negligence.
Edit: I initially gave these guys a bad review because they failed to show up for our appointment. I feel it's only fair to write a review for the positive things as well. I had to schedule another appointment because our AC was still acting up. These guys came out determined what was wrong, scheduled a 3rd appt and explained everything clearly, while providing us with multiple options for repair and giving us an estimate as to how long things will take. I am happy that we were able to resolve our issues.
Best Care came out to perform an annual service which was great the service rep Ken was professional and he advised of blue light and air purification system that he came back and installed. We can tell the difference already greatly appreciate Best Care Service.
Poor customer service. The appointment was scheduled for June 12th, but no one called to confirm the time so I missed a full day of work for an appointment with a 1-4 time slot. I called close to 4 to see when the technician would arrive and was told there was one client before me. Then I received a call after 6 to reschedule. I rescheduled for today. I was told that the technician would be at me home between 7:30-8:00 am. Guess what no technician!!! So when I called I was told that the technician was working in the warehouse and the time slot was 8:30-10:00. Very poor customer service and all communication comes from the clients reaching out to the company. No confirmation on time slots. Can't leave a review on the work because I hired someone else.
Overall great experience. The initial call in setting up the appointment truly set the positive experience. Technician was on time, presented himself professionally. The technician answered my questions along the service and was patient and courteous. Very impressive. The technician provided great customer service. Overall splendid job. I will call again for future additional services.
