We needed a new HVAC unit and Rise came out quickly. The unit was replaced and there were a few small hiccups at first, but they came right out to fix the issues. When we need our other one replaced, I know it will be Rise Heat and Air that we call!

I am so thankful that I called Rise. The owner called me back shortly after I left a message. He listened to my issue and told me that he wold have his son come out to check my system out since he was the Nest thermostat expert on their team. The next day, Leland came out and knew exactly what our problem was as soon as he came in. He spent a little time in our attic and some time outside, but had us up and running again super quickly, thank goodness. I will not hesitate to use this company again. They seem like a really good, honest company and I will recommend them to anyone.
Over the past year, we’ve had our AC stop working three times. The past two times, it was repaired by a different AC repairman, but it seems as though that fix was just a bandaid, since the same issue happened again for the third time. Rise Heating and Air came the morning after I called, diagnosed the problem very quickly and came and fixed it the next day. The people I talked with were very nice, including the owner Ben. While a AC repair bill is never a fun thing to have, I was happy to be supporting a local business that does their job well!
This company installed a new unit for me 2 years ago. Been working great but I was experiencing an issue with my thermostat panel. Luke called me and walked me through the prompts step by step and had my unit running in no time. He was friendly, professional, and helped me in a timely manner.
