Residential Air is awesome. Chris has helped us both times that we've needed help and he always has a solution for what we need. The company is really fair with their pricing and they're very professional and courteous. Definitely use them if you need help with your HVAC.
They serviced my AC unit in Jul 26, 2023. Excellent job, done in time. They did not leave before confirming that everything worked. Today (4/1/2014) I called and talked to Chris about the problem with the heat pump I have. He took a time to explain everything to me in details, being very patient and professional. Our HVAC system went out, Chris came out gave us estimate and within 3 day had a new system installed. They showed up on time with the crew of three people and had to work done by the end of the day and now we’re happy to say we have nice warm air in the AC will blow cold in the summer. Roy and Nick were very skilled, knowledgeable and nice. Roy let me watch him through his troubleshooting process and told me how he identified the issue and gave me the costs up front. He likes to educate the customer as much as possible and let them make informed decisions.
