Chris, John and Jesus were awesome! This was our first time having to have our septic system cleaned, and they were so great. They came out, gave us an initial estimate, and were able to do the work the same day. They let us ask questions, and they were super kind answering. This was our first time dealing with this kind of tank. We were able to ask them about future work we might have to get done. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
Chris was awesome! He arrived fast, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He spotted the problem within minutes and let me know that my septic issue was covered by the sewage provider which saved me a bunch of money! I am so grateful for his honesty and highly recommended using Mr. Drains plumbing. And ask for Chris if he's available. He's a top-notch guy.
I called Mr. Drains for a leak at our sewer lift station. They arrived at the scheduled time. The master plumber observed the leak on the ground, did not even bend down to investigate, and said it would be $1400 to fix it. I stated I would get a second opinion and he promptly left. The whole visit was no more than 5 minutes. Later on the same day a second master plumber from a competing company visited and repaired the leak for $100. I do not recommend this company.
