The guys did a great job and were very timely! They finished about 2 hours sooner than what they had anticipated, which in this heat was a blessing! I appreciate it John bringing me the portable air conditioner to get me by for a couple of days. They were very detailed oriented and let me know step by step what was going to happen. Thanks!
I've had experience with the company for over 5 years with excellent 5-star service each and every time. Recently, I've run into septic issues, resulting in a replacement in a line. The quoted price was accurate and fair in addition to the service itself being great with no issues. However, post completion, multiple chunks of waste from the old broken pipe (presumably grease and toilet paper) were scattered in portions of my lawn resulting in both my dogs ingesting it followed by vomiting it out within multiple areas. Edit: Bringing it to 5-star, up from the initial review. Hiller reached out to me, and the situation has been remedied.
Gary was without a doubt, the most professional electrician I have ever dealt with. From calling to schedule to showing up exactly on time and getting the work done quickly and efficiently was easy. Easy scheduled my appointment online. Techs came out investigated my AC issues. The Techs gave me options for repair and completed the repair promptly. Jamar was a very good tech and very polite. Thanks Y’all so much.
Lee and Riley were great. I sincerely appreciated their patience with me during this whole ordeal. A pipe was leaking in the slab resulting in my water being shut off for several days. Both men were very knowledgeable and professional. The diagnosis was spot on and the repair was executed with perfection. I would highly recommend them.
